INTENDED PARENTS

Intended Parents' parental rights have been recognized by the California Supreme Court.  California Superior Courts issue Pre-Birth Orders (PBO) declaring Intended Parents as the legal parents of a child born through surrogacy therefore enabling Intended Parents to place their names on the birth certificate upon birth.

Intended Parents and Surrogate choose one another wisely and with open eyes regarding mutual values and expectations of the pregnancy and birth journey.  Each should be represented by separate counsel.
