PRE-BIRTH ORDER

The California Supreme Court was one of the first to  recognize the parental rights of Intended Parents.  Currently, California has both case law (court cases) and state statutory law recognizing surrogacy. 

  I will draft and review the Pre-Birth Order (PBO) to be submitted to the California Superior Court which will declare the Intended Parent(s) as the legal parent(s) of the child born through the surrogacy arrangement and order the hospital of birth to place the Intended Parent(s)' name on the birth certificate upon birth.
